Course pour la Compassion is a family-friendly race that is open to all ages. The beauty of a virtual race is that you can walk or run your distance from wherever you are – in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, at the cottage, with your dog – it is your race, at your pace! If you are unable to participate in our virtual race kick-off on September 25th, don’t worry! You can complete it anytime before then. All participants will receive a buff*, customizable race bib, and race kit with other items. You will also have access to running coach Mike Gervais, who will provide training plans and tips leading up to the race.

No matter what, we invite you to send in a photo of you while doing your race once you’ve crossed the virtual finish line so that we can celebrate your accomplishment!

*What is a buff? Good question! A buff is a tube of lightweight, stretchy material. Its strength is its versatility. It can be worn as a scarf, bandana, headband, beanie, hair band, tube top, pirate cap, scrunchie, wristband…or however you choose to wear it!
